Cocoon floor lamp with geometric shapes manufactured by Goldkant Leuchten in the 1960s.

The lampshade was made using a special technology called 'spray-on fiberglass coating', a technique inspired by the silkworm. Because of this, the lamp is also called the cocoon lamp. This coating was applied to a metal frame with geometric shapes, which creates a special and atmospheric light effect.

There are 2 light points (E27 fitting) that can burn separately or together.

The shade has light age spots here and there, which is typical for its age. These are certainly not disturbing. Furthermore, the floor lamp is in beautiful vintage condition.
