Design chair called 'Cuba' manufactured by the Danish company Ilva.
 
The scissor-shaped frame is made of chromed steel. The high-quality black leather is beautifully stitched and held in place by 6 cylindrical capsules.
 
The leather has light signs of wear near the cylinders (see photo), but the seat is otherwise in very nice condition.
