Large refill bottle for 'Eau de Cologne Double du docteur Quirin Haanen' of the brand 'Bergère'. At the time, these types of bottles were on the counter at perfume shops, drugstores, etc. and were used to fill the small perfume bottles of the customers. 

The bottle is in good condition and all parts are present, including the original cork. The units of measure at the top of the glass divider are still clearly legible.
